4SYTE provides digital services including but not limited to website development (2D/3D), 3D web configurators, 3D model creation, ad video creation, web AR/VR experiences, and Unity game development. Specific scope, pricing, and delivery timelines for any engagement are agreed separately in a quote or contract with the client.
Submitting a request for quote through our Site does not create a binding contract. A project begins only after both parties agree to the scope, pricing, and terms in writing.
Payment terms (including any advance/milestone payments) will be specified in the project agreement or invoice issued for each engagement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. 4SYTE retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project requirements, timely feedback, and any content or assets required to complete the engagement.
4SYTE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or Site, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
